Deleted CoHost Still Getting Paid Cleaning Fees

I removed my co host after realizing that I had not set dates for which they'd be co-hosting for me. I made an arrangement for my co host to co host for me for only one month while I'm away. Even after deleting the co host from my account in an effort to start anew, cleaning fees are being paid to the co host. It appears that this payout to them goes into the future indefinately (as seen in "future transactions."

This information appears in "transaction history/future transactions" and "transaction history/completed transactions," and my co host that I deleted is receiving payments in their airbnb account even though they're no longer on my account.

does anyone know how to cut this tie so that my cleaning fees no longer go to the co host?

additionally, I'd like to add the co host back but only for a specific, designataed window of time.

Hi Wendy, did you get this resolved? I have a similar issue at the moment where my former co-host is still getting a 12% payout even thought she was removed in December. Airbnb Support have been less than helpful trying to fix it so far.

I have two listings. My original problem was that airbnb was paying "Co host A" whenever I had a guest at "Listing B".  I immediately removed the share earnings option from "Co host A". "Co host B and "Listing B" were never even involved in the share earnings program. "Co host A" continued to receive a payout everytime anyone stayed at the unrelated "Listing B". Airbnb told me to delete her and readd her. I did but it continued to pay her. So then they said they'd talk to IT and get back to me. Never did. So I deleted her all together. And it stil paid her. The fact that they paid her from a listing she's never been priveledge to is scary. What's scarier is that they have no idea how to make it stop. I'm on my 3rd hour long phone call with them. And their only answer is they're looking into it and someone will get back to me (which they don't) currently out $1050 and counting......
