Did Air bnb fees for hosts increase?

Did Air BnB fees increase?  I got $40 less for a month long booking than I am used to.

@Libby22 yes, it depends of your cancelation policy, flexible - 3% service fee, moderate - 4%, strict - 5%

and ABB takes 3% currency conversion
