Difficult guest won't review - advice please.

Hello,

Guest books for 6, 13 people turn up at my door. I calm myself down, accommodate 9 (my max occupancy is 😎 with an extra charge and also find a very good deal for the remaining 4 nearby. Allow them to come over for lunch and dinner since they were together. I think I went beyond what was expected from me to ensure that no one suffers.

Left a review for the guests and the following conversation took place. (I know, not all guests write a review but most do and I was expecting a few kind words from this guest if not a detailed review.)

"Hi xyz,

Hope you are having a good day.
I just wrote a review for you and would appreciate if you write one for me as well. It'll help us greatly if you can spare a few minutes to take the feedback.

Once again, thanks for choosing to stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you."

Guest: "We had a nice stay."

Me: "I'm glad you did 🙂
You might have received a mail that'll guide you further to the review page."

Guest: "Hmmmm"

1 week later, Me: "Let me know if you need any help with it."

No response since then. It's the 12th day from checkout. I've lost all hope.
