Dear Airbnb hosts,
My guest requested a cancellation for a long-term stay. The guest cancelled with more than 30-day prior notice.
We talked and I decided to waive the long-term cancellation policy.
After I waived it, I did not receive any confirmation email. Is that normal? Usually Airbnb sends emails about everything.
The only thing that changed in the reservation is that I am not anymore able to waive the policy (as I did already) and there is a host invoice of 0 EUR for the use of the website.
