I just noticed that the system allowed me to accept a second booking for the exact night. I do not want to be penalized for this technical error. I am looking for guidance before cancelling on the guest that booked my place in May. Please help.
Contact Airbnb ASAP. I would NOT initiate the cancellation- you will be penalized in more ways than one if you just do it through your account. Hopefully Airbnb will take care of it on their end and re-home the 2nd booking.
