Exactly what taxes do we have to pay in Columbus, Ohio?

I know we have to pay the city 5.1% lodging excise tax monthly from our revenue - https://www.columbus.gov/public-safety/license-section/STR-FAQ/

 

Do we have to pay the 7.5% sales tax? Or the 10% occupancy tax that Columbus hotels have to pay? Or any of the taxes on this page? (https://www.avalara.com/mylodgetax/en/resources/vacation-rental-tax-guides/ohio.html)?

 

If we do have to the 7.5% and/or 10% and/or other things on top of the base 5.1% percent revenue tax, then I'll probably be losing money from hosting . . .
