I have a guest staying with me, and their booking ends on the 21st April. They want to extend the booking by another 2 months but when they try and "request to book" it pops up with a message (on their airbnb log in) saying "It is not possible to book this property. please contact airbnb support"
I've checked my calendar and it is free of bookings? What could the probelm be?

Instead of a whole new booking, they could try to simply extend/change their existing one. That might work. I have no problems choosing free dates on your listings.
@Marit-Anne0 is right - modifying may work better. Sometimes Air has a problem with multiple reservations done by one account.

You may check your settings - perhaps you have a maximum set to 1 month ?
I cannot access your profile - has your listing been taken down ?
