I recently approved a couple bookings, but my cleaning fee and security deposit was not included..anyone experience this?  I have a big house, and the cleaning fee would take a big chuck out of my profits.

The securty deposit is not paid until there is a problem.  As far as the cleaning fee, if it was really not included, then you can request the extra money when they come, or you can request the money through AirBnb.
