Extra towels for hot tub?

I provide one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel per guest.  My cabin has a hot tub.  The last guests complained they did not have additional towels for the hot tub.  My house sleeps 6 so there is already a ton of laundry for the house keeper on turn overs. Do you provide extra towels for hot tub? And same towels or a different set? Any suggestions on the laundry?

If there was a hot tub to use, I would want and expect extra towels. I would expect at least one extra large towel per person. People will still complain that they want more but I would expect a towel for the hot tub or swimming pool.

My suggestion on the laundry is to run another load or get a larger washing machine.

My view? It's worth going the extra mile for guests - unfortunately, that sometimes comes with more work (which we could all do without). Guests appreciate extra touches to make them feel just a bit more special, so those extra big, fluffy towels for the hot tub could prevent complaints and even push up your reviews (which is never a bad thing)! 

If you don't want to purchase/launder more towels, then make any future guests are aware via any communication you have prior to their booking/arrival. Keep it light though, something along the lines of "Hey, we have a great hot tub for our guests to use, you'll all love it  - just make sure you bring along a bath towel each and you can use it whenever you like." Be informative - and nice!
