Extra transaction fee

I've just been charged an additional transaction fee. No explanation as to why. Our room costs 54 Euros, we pay 2 euros to airbnb eachb time someone rents our room. Fair enough. We let a room for two nights and every time we receive 104 euros in our paypal account. Suddenly, for one client, we receiev just 99 euros. The 3 euros is noted down as a transaction fee.  Anyone out there who onows why this should be and why we should pay an extra 3 euros?

@Neil-and-Hilary0 airbnb charges 3% fee for every host. If there is any other extra fee, you might want to check to both airbnb and paypal to figure out where is the extra fee comes from.
