FAQ for my listing

I have a rustic and remote cabin in the Ocala National Forest that I have been renting out for many years. I added it to AirBnB a couple years ago. I get about 80% of my bookings from my own website, with about 20% split between AirBnB and TripAdvisor. On my website, I maintain an EXTENSIVE FAQ for potential and booked guests. This FAQ answers lots and lots of questions tht potential guests will have - things like what wireless carriers work at the cabin, how is the fishing, what are the rules for ATV's, do I need my own firewood, can people set up a tent at the cabin, is there a firepit/gas grill, how secluded is the cabin, what do I need to bring, where can I shop nearby or on the way, what kind of TV reception is there, can I swim in the lake, are firearms permitted (NO!), where can we go canoeing, what kind of cnoe/kayak is at the cabin, how are the road conditions into the cabin, etc, etc, etc.

The problem is that there is no where on AirBnB to post this FAQ! I update the FAQ regularly, so it'd be a bit of a pain to copy it all to AirBnB every time I make a change to it, but that would still be better than no FAQ at all. Unlike many AirBnB properties that are rooms or homes in cities, this is a unique property that does require a lot more info for the prospective tenant to be fully informed. Of course, AirBnB won't allow me to link to my website FAQ, which would be the ideal solution.

This is a significant issue, since I've had some guests who have had to cancel after reading something in the FAQ that wasn't in accordance with their understanding from the limited info I can put on AirBnB. I also get tired of having to constanly answer the same questions from AirBnB inquiries that could easily be addressed by having them read my FAQ.

Does anybody else have this problem?

Any suggestions for a solution?

Thanks!
