Failure message after pre-approval

I have sent a pre-approval message, but the guest can not finish her booking due to a failure message: 

 
Do not honor2000 
 
Even instant booking is not visible for her

@Zoltán0 Hmm, that's odd. How is it that she is comunicating with you?  All messages go through Airbnb so that's puzzling.  Have you been able to see her profile?  Is she having payment issues?  I'd wait and see what kind of message you get back from Airbnb.
