Failure to Reimburse Last Weeks Guest

I'm trying to reimburse my guest from last week through airbnb resoloutions and it won't let me proceed and a message keeps popping up:

" undefined undefined "

Anyone know what's going on?

WHen you get errors or problems with the system, you'll need to contact Airbnb customer service. 

One suggestion I have, as it has helped me a few times with Airbnb site problems, is that if you clear out your cache on your computer (clear browsing history) this seems to take care of some website issues.
