It is very possible and quite easy to change AirBnB. You simply refuse to take the steps needed, and then just "say your sorry" when what your really saying is, screw you the host we are hear for the guest, the one paying.
I am and have experienced this since the inception of your collection. I'm dealing with it for the 100th time,
Dont tell us you love feedback, your always striving to do better. Your not, you have had countless feedback on this serious issue, again you choose to ignore the host.
I expect this to be ignored as usual, because you have nothing to gain.
But please dont treat us like we were born yesterday, by stating theirs nothing you can do.
