I have a fixed price of $69 for my room and I have noticed when I go to reservation details that even before the breakdown it will start with $62 or $65.
Over time that adds up!!
I am in Canada and the guests are also Canadian so it is not a currency thing!
Any advise? Before my OCD kicks in and I manually add up 9 years worth of miscalculations!!!
Your listings shows you have variable prices (not fixed), so may Smart Pricing is on ?
You also have set the 10% discount for option "non-refundable". It can all be seen on your listings when simulating bookings.
best regards,
Emiel
How do I remove the 10% discount??
You have choosen this as an option in your cancellation policy, so somewhere in that section you have to "untick" it. (You provide 10% discount to guests opting for having no refund of accomodation fee when they have to cancel)
Got it!! Omg!! How long did that go on...un noticed lol
thank you so much for your reply and help!!
