Yesterday I went to my Dashboard and found "Tips to help you get booked" at the top. This took up a lot of real estate and I had to scroll down a ways to get to my requests and reservations.
I went straight to Airbnb Feedback and noted that I need to see my information quickly so I can make sure my guests and pending guests have everything they need. You know, so I can be a good host.
I suggested they had some anxiety that people hadn't seen their tips, and I assured them I had read them multiple times. But, 1, I already change my cover photo every few months, 2, I'm never going to lower my price, and 3, I don't need a co-host.
Today the Tips were back at the bottom. Did anyone else see this? Do we score one for beleaguered hosts?
