I am so tired of disgruntled guests who've seemed to grow up (if they've grown up) with a silver spoon in their mouths while Airbnb cosigns whatever it is these brats say. It seems I am becoming a disgruntled host as a result

Once in a while I have to deal with some difficult guest. Few it was the occasions when I had to resort to Airbnb and things finished well. I hope that if it happens again, Airbnb does not let me down.
