Fickle Airbnb App

Hi There, 

SInce of late the airbnb app is very fickle. It very often freezes when you open the app, expecially when you try to send mails and it shuts down unexpectedly which makes it very hard to arrange either bookings or hosting over the phone. I haven't changed phone (Iphone 6) or OS system. Does anyboy else have that problem and how to fix it?

I've have been lots of issues with the app on both my IPad and my iphone!  It's very frustrating.  I have to try numerous times before the app starts up.  Then, if I minimize it to check my calendar or email, it freezes or closes and I have to start over.

Remember: AiRBnB is there to maximise its profilts - there has been zero investment in their IT platform to make it easier for hosts or guests to use. Some of the issue you mention as so basic and yet have been there for over a year - that says a lot.
