Finding cohost in Nice

Hello eveyone! I joined airbnb as a host a couple of months ago. I was wondering if there is the possibility of finding a cohost in Nice (France), since I have an apartment there, but since I dont live there, it is hard to manage it via airbnb (I live in Germany and my mum lives in Italy). Do you know how it is possible to find someone that would cohost that apt with me? Thanks in advance
