First Message

Good morning,

I just want to clarify something. Under "Booking" there is an option for a "first message". I was just wondering if this message goes out to guests at the time they book? There isn't a real clear explanation on this. I can't tell if it goes out to people just when they look at the property or right after a reservation is booked. Can you help me with this? Thanks so much. James

This appears to be either a feature with Instant Booking or something they are experimenting with select users  (I don't have it and I don't have IB) and it appears to be sent after they book.
