First-time guest wants to book with me for two different times

As a first-time guest, airbnb won't let them make two bookings, apparently, as when she tries to make the booking it says she can't book while her first visit is under review.  Does anyone know how to make this happen for us?

Also, I don't see a link to ask airbnb a question directly.  Am I missing something obvious?  Thanks!  - Mike

I am assuming that they are either still verifying her identity if she is a new guest, or there is a problem with her payment method. Either way  there is little you can do and don;t for forget that this may be protecting you from a potential scam.
