I submitted an escalation request almost 2 weeks ago and recieved no response from Air BnB. I've tried to find a way to follow up but keep ending up in the same Resoution Center loop with no new options. How can I follow up?
I'm in the same boat. I have not heard fron Air BnB yet either. Can anyone give us advice? I love using the service,but also book thru an owners site. There I hold the security. I had to do the repairs now...can't wait for payment first. Not the best solution. Take note Air BnB
The only thing you can do is call or tweet Airbnb to get a status update. From what I read here in the community, it takes a long time and sometimes results in nothing ever happening.
