It is great to hear you are on the look out and want to protect the community, thank you for doing this.

 

As @Susie5 mentions, it does look like the first listing you linked to has now been removed from Airbnb. You will see that I have had to remove the links, this is because here in the Community Center we talk in more general terms. Having said this though, there is a process that you can highlight a listing to a specific team at Airbnb to look into further. If you go to the listing, half way down on the right-hand side of the page you will see 'Report this listing'. Which looks like this:
