Hi all,
im occasionally rent out my unused small room and just have guest recently.
my guest complaining about ghost in my apartment (really?) and I'm not gonna commenting on that 🙂 because I never encountered any problem with ghost.
and also complaint about sharing the apartment, can anyone please check my listing and tell me if its implied that my listing saying that the premise is not for sharing, well it's clearly stated that it's only private room not the entire place
.
thanks all
You are correct - it say's shared space. I would however include it in the text - saying somethjing like you will be sharing this space with me x and x.
I hope you don;t mind me saying but you need new photos. The interior ones are a bit messy and the external one, whcih I can only assume you downloaded from a brochure or similar are awful. Just tidy the place up a bit more - take new photos and hopefully get a bump up the listings too for a while for doing so.

Good luck
@Esca0 You could tell them that unregistered guests, ghost or in whatever form, are not allowed in the apartment. btw: It is obvious that your place is shared - they didn't read or comprehend.
Hello @Esca0 don't worry about this type of strange guests, that happens all the time. I also sometimes get some incredible comments as you can see here : https://www.airbnb.fr/users/29330043/listings
@Esca0 I second other hosts saying that some guests are weird. You must get used to it. Even if the listing is correct, they will score you low on accuracy because they failed to read.
you have ghosts wow! Use it immediatelly for marketing, halloween is just a month away hehe 🙂
^^^ You two have a great sense of humor.
At first, I thought the guest was complaining because it had to share the space with a ghost. How I pray to have such a guest, how interesting that would be. Instead I get these boring 'normal' guests. Life is not fair. 🙂
Hello Esca: )
No matter how hard you try, guests seem to read into listings just what they want to and ignore the cold facts altogether.
We state in 3 different locations on our listing that we do not have a Free WI Fi Hotspot available and the first thing on arrival you hear is" Do you have free WiFi and then after departure report our listing as being inaccurate?
Perhaps you should consider turning the gost storry into a money spinner and list a Haunted House Experience: )
