Guest being difficult - please help

I have a guest who after being there for 5 days is claiming that the house was "disgusting" and she had to clean on arrivel with a whole list of complaints about my place. I sent here 3 messages asking how her stay was going prior to reciving this message. She had got to my place 2 hours before check-in so I let her self check-in early and asked her how everything was. She gave me no indication that she was unhappy with the place. She also informed me after the fact that her daughter who is with her has a serious allergy to dust and she has had attacts at my place. My place is a small bungalow in Venice, CA that is over 100 years old with original hard wood floors, so dust is always there no matter what I or cleaners do. If she would have told me while booking that her daughter had this problem I would have told her not to stay at my place because of that fact. I don't know what to do about this! I am fairly new to Airbnb and have never had this problem. I don't want to be rude to her but she waited 5 days to tell me she's unhappy and she's there for 4 more days. I just feel like she's trying to pull something and I'm just so confused and a little upset by her accusations. If anyone has any tips or advice on how to best handle this I would greatly appreciate it!

@Jackie137 I'd get on phone w CS immediately

complain about her before she complains about you. Otherwise you could be in a situation where she stays for the whole time but pays for some or none of her stay.

Thank you Kelly! I didn't know if that was the right thing to do before talking to her.
