Guest called me and asked for an extension...

Guest called me and asked for an extension which i agreed to but couldn't get to airbnb site to alter. I now want to alter in retrospect but cant see my reservation as it ewnded today

Hi @Geoff9,

 

Since the stay has alterdy ended, itinenary alterations might have expired now. Make use of the resolution center too charge the guest.

That should help.
