How do I became a Superhost ?
I have 44 completed trips, 100% positive feedback...and still NOT a superhost

Do you have five star ratings from 80% of your guests for all categories,  that is their criteria for selection.   Look on your stats,  I think that's where you would find out.

Hi there - the Superhost Award is all based on algorithms and only when you fulfill those requirements will you get superhost status. Hosts are ranked on 4 areas - Commitment (100% and nothing less), 5 star reviews (80%), Response Rate (90%) and Number of Completed Trips (you must have hosted at least 10 trips in the previous year).  It took me over a year (once I'd become aware of the Award) and it was something I got really worked up about - my problem was with the Response Rate - if you don't respond within 24 hours it will have a negative impact on your ranking.  Anyway I now have it and can't see what benefit it has. I have two rooms listed - one is way down on the listings (and I mean pages down!) and the other doesn't appear - even if I specify my post/zip code!  Very frustrating :-))!
