Guest left needles and empty drug bag in dresser after check out what do i do! 

He was my first guest. Im really upset

That would be very constructive and help other hosts avoid bookings from this problem person.

I realize this is an old post, but I'm having a similar situation. I found needles but don't know if they are drugs or for diabetes. Any idea how to tell?

@Sarah3883  A syringe is a syringe. You'd only know if it was analysed.

Did your guest behave objectionably? If not, does it really matter?
