if you deleted your phone number, it's clearly not a message sent repeatedly, but a message already sent, that SFR fails to realise it already distributed. I'd ask to speak to the technical service and when you get a real human in ligne, ask them, if they can reboot the sms service for your account. Or maybe they can see what happens. They should be able to look up the history of messages sent and received and either this one shows as being received repeatedly, or he does not even see that it is distributed repeatedly. in any case, it should tell them, where the error happens.
It could be in their setting or in the setting of your phone.
