Guest wants refund for cancellation

The guest is insisting full refund for cancelling the booking the Airbnb site has calculated a partial refund minus fees. I advised the guest that should these 2 nights be booked by someone else then she will get a full refund. Otherwise it will be what the site has calculated.

She booked over a month ago and now chances of having the nights in question booked are becoming very slim. Any thoughts?????

@Anne679 I would stick to the partial refund unless you get a new booking for those dates. The guest knew the cancellation policy when they booked. Their problem, not yours.
