@Karen726  This forum is externally visible to the whole internet, so I would recommend removing the full name of a guest and stick to general/anonymous questions.

If you have concerns about a guest who is previously reviewed by a host who has an active listing, you can use "Contact Host" to ask them follow-up questions about the review.
