I have a guest that would like to extend his stay another month but neither of us can actually reserve the stay on the calendar. We both receive a message that "the dates you requested are unavailable" even though the calendar shows all requested days to be free.
Any ideas on what the problem is?
My calendar says that August is unavailable. It has not been blocked nor are there reservations....wondering what my problem could be.
I just missed a booking and someone else is trying to book at the end of august
how do you get answers from AIRBNB on this? I'm having the same problem.
I am having the same issue. We have the option selected to block days before and after bookings but we often open them up because we can fit in time to clean the apartment between guests. But when I look at the calendar on our listing page it shows those days as available but when you select them it says that they are not available. I notified AirBnB but they haven't resolved the issue. Does anyone have a phone number that we can call for tech support?
