Guests having difficulty getting ID verified

Hello, I have guests who want to book but are saying they are having difficulty getting their ID accepted. In particular their picture from driving licence was the wrong size and they are not active on any social media platform. Any suggestions?

Yes, I'm having the same experience, guest has wanted to book two different weekends but been unable to get her id verified - is there a help number they can call, and if so, where would they findit?  The difficulty is that once we are signed up as hosts, our view of the site is quite different from what they get, so it is hard to help.
