Guidebook businesses

There are some places where I live that are not listed in Airbnb's Guidebook choices.  How would a business get on that list?

There are lots of small new businesses that we the LOCALS frequent that would be nice to have in the guidebook, but they have no idea how to get on it.

What is up with the latest iteration of Guidebook that prevents us from adding a place the static options don't recognize!!!!! IT'S SOOOOOO ANNOYING!!
