Hello AirBnB Community,
I just received notice that I have cancelled a reservation. Neither the guest nor I cancelled the reservation, which is problematic. The guest has since made a reservation with someone else. How do I get in touch with AirBnb to have this reconciled/remedied?

@Steve-and-Katherine0 Are your dates blocked? If not, then there is no problem. Sometimes a traveler will contact Air BNB and make changes that they do not see as a cancellation but that is how Air BNB manages a change. As long as there are no penalties assessed for a cancellation there is no issue. If you want to make sure, contact Air BNB (see first post on this site if you don't know how) to confirm all is well.
