Syncerley It is still not clear for me how I can get help from airbnb for issues on my listing, it is not obvious even if I am a super host so this is why I am obligated to post my request here.
A guest just canceled is tripped, it is marked in the calendar that I cancelled it (it was asked by the guest) and the calendar is now blocked!
Can someone help me to unblock my calendar and arrange that cancellation. The booking was orignially for this weekend so I would appreciate a quick resolution of this issue.
