Hi Martina, I'm afraid that this is not exactly the best place to get the kind of immediate help that you may be looking for.  This forum is for hosts who offer some input/advice/support to other hosts.  It seems as though you might benefit from contacting customer support directly.  There is no Airbnb customer support function to this community.  Go to the HELP section of your dashboard and look for the "contact us" info.

 

Of course if you want to expand on what you need help with in this community, I'm sure that some experienced hosts will be happy to offer you some support - but reservation specific help has to be done through customer support.

He was supposed to give me a local phone and disapere!!!

I am unable to accept a request!!!
You have a stupid machine telling me in the message .....3 time the same!!!
You cannot process the answer because my number is registered to many account???? what do that mean I changed nothing and it was working I have only 2 place to rent????can i have a correct answer very soon???
I still wait the local phone number you supposed to give me!!!
