Homeowners Insurance - Catskills NY

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased a home in the Catskills and finding home owners insurance for an AirBnB rental is proving tougher than I thought.

Obviously, it's doable as there are many rentals, but any advice on companies to use, etc would be greatly appreciated.

@Brian1006 I use foremost. Seems to be best fit for short term rental and decent price. My regular agent for my other insurances was able to put it together

We just purchased a rental home and discovered that Allstate is now offering host insurance. Apparently it’s the only major insurance carrier to do so. Very happy we found our agent David Tuohy in Centerport New York.
