Host Guarantee

Hello,

 

I have sever issues with a claimed host guarantee case which is really poorly handled by AirBnB customer agents. Im getting send from department to department and no one really helps me with my issues. One of my submitted invoices was without any real explaination cut in half, other invoices werent processed at all. I really need help. My last messages remained unanswered and thinking of me being a customer paying fees to AirBnB I find this really disturbing.
