I had the Host Plus photographer at my apartment four weeks ago and still not posted How long does this take?

Hi Toni, I had the photographer here 6.5 weeks ago and still nothing, Airbnb has charged my account and everytime i ring the call centre I just get passed around and no one can help me with an answer when I will see the photos (or my listing will be upgraded).

Can i asked how long yours ended up taking??

and if you have any tips on getting someone to let you know whats going on I would really appreciate them.
