Is there any support available for hosts that are being evicted due to airbnb hosting?
Hi @Suzy1,
If you are talking about hosts who are getting their listings "delisted", I do not believe there has been any official support and even any explanation from Airbnb. There are lots of posts regarding the de-listing of hosts which you can search for above.

I think Suzy may be saying that SHE is being evicted. As in, perhaps a local ordinance or grumpy landlord is not happy with you having AirBnb guests?
I have no idea if AirBnb supports hosts going through that issue, but if it happens often in London, then perhaps there is some local support there.
@Suzy1....Unfortunately I think @Orpheus0 is right! If you are being evicted because you have chosen to sub-let your premises, then you will not get any support from Airbnb.
It is up to you to establish that what you are doing satisfies building principals, local government regulations ...this has nothing to do with Airbnb! You must look at Airbnb in much the same light as you would look at EBay, Craigslist! They put buyers in touch with sellers, and that is all there is to it!!!
Airbnb are simply putting hosts in touch with guests....it is up to you to fight your compliance battles....cheers.....Rob
Hi @Suzy1,
After reading what @Orpheus0 and @Robin4 have responded to your question, I am assuming this is what you are inquiring about. Yes, Airbnb will not support you and this is covered in their Responsible Hosting document: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/responsible-hosting
Under permisssions --->contracts it states: Read your lease agreement and check with your landlord if applicable.
Also @Suzy1, this can be found under the Airbnb's terms and conditions:
"You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any and all laws, rules, regulations, and Tax obligations that may apply to your use of the Site, Application, Services and Collective Content. In connection with your use of the Site, Application, Services and Collective Content, you may not and you agree that you will not:
- offer, as a Host, any Accommodation that you do not yourself own or have permission to rent as a residential or other property (without limiting the foregoing, you will not list Accommodations as a Host if you are serving in the capacity of a rental agent or listing agent for a third party);
- offer, as a Host, any Accommodation that may not be rented or subleased pursuant to the terms and conditions of an agreement with a third party, including, but not limited to, a property rental agreement;"
So if you are in violation of Airbnb's terms and conditions, I cannot see them supporting you.
