Hello I have a beautiful 6 room, 1000' condo on the Caloosahatcheee River in Fort Myers. We are less then a mile from the historic downtown area and the local State and Federal courts. I think that I can provide this condo on AIRBNB and attract a price equivalent to a 2 BR suite in a Class A hotel. However, I am working on a multi-month project on the other side of the Country and cannot personally be a host. Does anyone have expereince with this and what can I do to advertise the opportunity to pay someone to be the host on my behalf? Is that a standard fee to offer, for example 10% of gross revenue? I already have a cleaing service so the host would mostly greet the clients and be available for on-call support. Thank you for oyur advice and recommendations in advance.
