Hosting Two customers at same dates

i got 4 rooms available but however i can only host one customer at a time,

i am not allowed to sell the rest of available rooms. how can i change this please whithout haveing anothe listing

you need to UNLIST the other rooms while you have a guest. Once your room is booked, just log into your account, click on each listing and chose UNLIST. Then you will be all set. (That is if I understand correctly what you were trying to say)
