Hosting a Rented Property in Dublin

Hi there. I am hosting a rented property ie I'm not the owner of the apartment, but I still live there. We have a spare room that we make available for AirBNB guests. I haven't cleared this with the letting agency, could we face eviction if AirBNB contact the agency about tax etc?

@Eoin0 I don't think Airbnb would contact your landlord since by listing your space you have agreed under thier Terms of Service that you are legally entitled to rent space in your home.  More likely the agency / city might contact the owner of record for your property if taxes are not paid.  If you have not gotten permission from your landlord and/or letting agency, you are skating on thin ice, I'm afraid.
