Hosting - disappearing property

Every peak season my property disappears from the Airbnb property search - by entire property - even though their are 300 listings - many "new listings" - Opal Coast Villa - Coffs Harbour.

This is the 3rd year in a row my property disappears...................

@Jayne6, your listing is probably not disappearing.

When someone searches on AirBnB, only the "top" 300 listings will appear. If your area has more than 300 AirBnB listings, some listings won't appear.

If you want your listings to appear in the top 300 (and it is not), you need to try to make adjustments so your listings ranks higher in the search results.

Many bookers use the price adjustment option so you might compete in price, @Jayne6.
