Hosting for 3 weeks. How do we handle cleaning/sheets and towels?

We will be hosting a group of people for a little over 3 weeks in June.  For those that have rented for long periods of time, how did you handle Sheet Changes/ Clean Towels, Trash?

Our renters will be working on the Dam at our Local Lake near our Home and we have 3 outside trash cans and our trash has to be hauled to a dump that only owners have acess to.

Would you send your Cleaning Person after the first week and drop off clean sheets and towels and pick up the dirties?

Any help would be great.

Hi.....I think I would just ask the guest what they expect,  I have no problem saying I just started this last Aug., and let people know I'm open to all ideas to help us both.  If I were staying for that long in someone's home/apt, I'd be inclined to take care of it all myself, if this were me,  I'd give them a designated garbage can, if the ones in TX are as big as the ones in MD, they probably won't fill it in 3 weeks.

Thanks for your note, we have 3 Trash Cans that are fairly large out on our deck for their use.  However, we have people that stay just for two days and have filled them all up to where the lids won't close.  To say the least, we apparently rent to trashy people.

I do like the idea of asking what they expect.  I appreciate that feed back for sure.
