Hosting in Bloomfield NJ

I am new to Airbnb and still learning the ropes.  I'm located in Bloomfield NJ and I am looking to connect with other Airbnb hosts to learn about their experiences and how they went about setting up their Airbnb.  I'm having trouble setting up tax collections.  I would like to see what others are doing about this in areas where Airbnb does not collect/remitt occupancy tax.  I would also like to know if the city of Bloomfield requires you to register your Airbnb with them.  I would greatly appreciate any insights you can offer.

Hi I have been a host since 2016. I have had great experiences. When I respond to guests before booking I make it clear what they will expect. This minimizes any problems. If you dont do this practice you will run into trouble. Also my condo is for sale in Hackensack, NJ if you know anyone looking please let me know. Thanks!
