Suggestion #1.. I don't know if condo means the same thing there as it does here...however if you have any kind of "board" or people governing the building (property) that your condo is in, check with them to ensure it is allowed. In the US, they are called "HOA's" (Home-Owners' Associations). They basically consist of a group of people elected by residents to administer property rules, regulations, fees, parking, etc. Many HOA's here have rules against hosting at AirBnB and/or have guidelines you must operate within. Get that out of the way first then check on the rest. That's my advice.
@Seng-Xin0 I think @Jann3's suggestion is a good start. Also, depending on whether your listing will be a shared (with host) space or entire home you will have different things to consider. In my case, benchmarking other similar listings helped a lot.
