Until now, there are no restrictions for short term rental whatsoever, but there are news saying that the situation may change in the near future.

Hi, I would like to add a NIP number (Polish TAX ID) to my account to be able to deduct the cost of AirBnB invoices. There is only a place for a VAT-ID, which I don't have, but would like to add the NIP. Has anyone been able to solve this gridlock? Thanks!
