Hosting on behalf of...

Hello, 

Should one have an assistant with a notarized Power of Attorney. May this person respond and handle account on host behalf's? Meaning is it allowed on the Terms and Conditions of Airbnb.

Each host is different… So hosting in the name of other person is not much desirable…

But you may host for others under your name… And others may host you place under their name… There are a lot of people doing this on Airbnb… If you have a nice space but don’t have enough time you may ask a nice host to help you and list your house for you… Remember nobody works for free; just agree a certain % for each of you…
